Flashing Xiaomi 14 Pro – Step-by-Step

Step 1: Download the Official ROM

• Get the Fastboot ROM from Xiaomi’s official source or trusted MI community sites
• Make sure it’s for the Xiaomi 14 Pro Ti Satellite Edition (China variant)
• Extract .tgz → Folder must contain an images directory and flash_all.bat

Step 2: Install Drivers & Tools

• Install Qualcomm USB Drivers

Step 3: Enter Fastboot Mode

• Power off your phone
• Hold Volume Down + Power until the Fastboot screen appears
